Are you curious how to integrate your SWMM models into MIKE+? Take this one-hour self-paced course for a complete overview of how to start using the new MIKE+ SWMM module to plan, design, and analyse stormwater, sanitary and combined systems. Learn how to import an existing MIKE+ SWMM model into the application, check the model for errors and missing data, run hydraulic simulations and view the results.

We’ll start by showing you how to create a new project in MIKE+. Next, we’ll review the model in greater detail so you may get more familiar with the setup. Then you’ll see how to check the data for errors and make further edits. We’ll then walk you through how to run a hydraulic simulation and view the results. Lastly, we’ll show you how to import and export files, work with GIS data, select certain attributes on a map, use the network editing tools and integrate your model with ArcGIS.

About MIKE+ SWMM

MIKE+ is an integrated water modelling platform used to develop water distribution, collection system and stormwater models for planning, system optimization and so much more. With the new MIKE+ SWMM module, you can evaluate low impact development designs, mitigation options and pipe capacity to ensure a high standard of service and cost-effectiveness.

Petr Ingeduld is a senior project manager and hydraulic engineer with over 20years professional experience. Throughout his career, Petr has focused on development and application of hydraulic models to support water supply and distribution; he has managed projects in many countries around the world and provided technical direction and troubleshooting on modelling efforts. He has published over 100 research or professional papers.

Petr Ingeduld is an authorised DHI trainer.
